Gourmet magazine was a monthly publication of Condé Nast and the first U.S. magazine devoted to food and wine. I art directed original photography that was published in Gourmet's e-newsletters and web-exclusive editorial features. I developed concepts with the creative/art directors and worked closely on-set with our in-house photography & prop styling team.
My responsibilities included leading weekly meetings with the photo and art teams, managing on-set crews in the photo studio, coordinating product deliveries, researching and utilizing in-house props, and motivating the creative team to produce fresh, original imagery.
